
MEET DR. SCHWARZ
Dr. Erin Schwarz is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Maine. She is thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to providing care that is carefully tailored to each patient’s needs and personal goals.

A graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Schwarz completed her residency at Oregon Health & Science University, where she served as chief resident. Since then, she has practiced in a variety of settings, including academic medicine and community mental health.
Dr. Schwarz has a special interest in women's mental health and has completed additional training in psychiatric care for women across the lifespan, including pre-conception counseling and care during and after pregnancy. As a board member of the Maine chapter of Postpartum Support International, she works to promote understanding and support for perinatal mental health throughout the state.

For nearly a decade, Dr. Schwarz has provided psychiatric care through telemedicine, combining a collaborative, patient-centered approach with the convenience and accessibility of remote care.
Dr. Schwarz believes psychiatric care should be collaborative, approachable, and accessible, designed to meet patients where they are and support them in achieving their personal goals.
